On November 24th, when Makenzie was 10 days old, we had her newborn photo shoot. I totally love the pictures we got from Mandie's Captured Moments. I have never done an entire family photo shoot at this age, and was totally thrilled with the results. We managed to get a decent family picture, a decent picture of just the kids (even though Carter was TERRIFIED of Kenzie at this age). and amazingly beautiful pictures of our newest addition. As was her normal, Makenzie slept through almost the entire thing, including multiple wardrobe changes. The whole thing was such a pain-free experience, we will probably do it again in the future. So far our only family portrait needs have been with each new child, but maybe at some point we will go 2 years without having another kid :).
